How We Got Here

E2i Partners was founded to solve a challenge our team has experienced firsthand: the disconnect between academic learning and workforce impact. Over the past two decades, our experts have led the design and delivery of more than 400 onsite degree programs, created scalable leadership development experiences, and AI-enabled technology-driven solutions across the education sector.
