E2i Access Bridge Initiative
Empowering Underrepresented Institutions
E2i Access Bridge Initiative is a fiscally sponsored project of Social Good Fund, a California nonprofit corporation and registered 501(c)(3) organization, Tax ID (EIN) 46-1323531.
At E2i Partners, we believe that every learner and every institution deserves a real pathway to the future of work.
Yet across the country, too many under-resourced campuses and talented students are being left behind—cut off from the connections, partnerships, and opportunities that power innovation and prosperity.
Together, we can change that.
The Moment
Education and workforce development are in a time of unprecendent change:
Institutions face funding pressures and policy shifts
AI Changing the landscape of work
Employers struggle closing workforce skills gap
Learners lack pathways to opportunity
Our Vision
Empower under-represented institutions (MSIs and Community Colleges) - increase access, impact, and outcomes through greater program visibility.
Education and Industry - Build capacity to co-create learning solutions rooted in research, built with business insight, and designed to perform. Learning aligned to business goals.
Build scalable, equitable models for the future of work.
How It Works
100 institutions receive subsidized platform access and onboarding to increase program visibility to employers
Subsidize 25 pilot-ready schools to co-create employer-aligned programs
Certified E2i Impact Architects partner with institutions and employers to ensure accountability, measurable outcomes, and scalable programs design
Why it Matters
Rapidly changing roles demand new skills to take organizations forward.
Policy shifts have strained all postsecondary academic institutions; however, MSIs - already underfunded - face the greatest losses.
This initiative builds a national proof of concept to scale equity, relevance, and opportunity.
Our Role, Your Insight
We seek to listen, learn, and align with funders shaping the future of education and work - at scale to build a new framework of collaboration, resilience, and opportunity.
