That bold idea became the foundation of our first digital campaign—a five-part journey designed to spark connection, challenge convention, and open doors to a more collaborative future between academic institutions and employers.

We believe the future of workforce development depends on how well education and industry can align. But that alignment requires more than intent—it demands shared vision, mutual understanding, and structured support. This campaign set out to demonstrate just that.

Why We Started with Academic Leaders

We launched our campaign by engaging senior leaders at public and private universities in every state across the U.S.—presidents, provosts, deans, partnership leads, and executive education teams. These individuals play a critical role in shaping programs, setting institutional strategy, and ultimately determining how learning outcomes are defined and delivered.

Through this outreach, we introduced not just our platform—but our purpose: to evolve learning outcomes in ways that meet business goals, strengthen institutional relevance, and drive measurable impact.

Through a six-part email journey, we reached decision-makers at public and private universities in every U.S. state, sharing our purpose and the potential of evolving academic programs to meet workforce needs.
