Strategically Built - Paced Growth

To ensure quality, impact, and meaningful outcomes, the Founding Early Adopter Cohort will be intentionally limited to approximately 50 schools for 2026. This approach allows E2i Partners to prioritize institutions that are workforce-ready and demonstrate the capability and commitment to partner effectively with employers. By thoughtfully managing growth and closely monitoring platform utilization, we can ensure a strong, high-value experience for both learning organizations and employer partners. As employer engagement and demand on the platform increases, we plan to open a second cohort in 2027, expanding participation in alignment with market needs and prioritized learning categories. Founding Early Adopter institutions will receive special, grandfathered pricing, which will remain in place as long as they continue to meet E2i Partners’ expectations for delivering strong, high-quality partnership experiences with employer partners.

How Provider Pages Are Structured (and Why)

All providers on the E2i Platform are presented using the same standardized Provider Page layout. Every page follows an identical structure so employers can easily navigate, compare, and evaluate offerings—without bias, sales pressure, or inconsistent presentation.

This shared structure creates an equitable experience for providers and a high-usability experience for employers.

Provider Pages Are Consistently Organized To Highlight:

  • Capabilities and focus areas employers are actively searching for

  • Program and pathway types (e.g., executive education, workforce training, work-based learning, degree-aligned programs)

  • Delivery formats and scale (online, onsite, hybrid; regional to national reach)

  • Target audiences and typical use cases

  • Partnership model alignment, clarifying how engagement generally works

By presenting all providers the same way, the Platform enables clear side-by-side comparison while preserving the depth, credibility, and intent behind each organization’s offerings.

Why a Standardized Layout Matters

A consistent Provider Page structure:

  • Creates a level playing field across institutions and learning organizations

  • Improves employer usability and decision-making

  • Reduces friction in early conversations

  • Helps the right opportunities surface more quickly

This is not a marketplace built on promotion—it’s a platform built on clarity, trust, and alignment.

We believe in full transparency. Before enrolling, we encourage all Early Adopters to review the exact Provider Page layout.

What you see in this preview is exactly how your organization’s programs and capabilities will be presented on the Platform.

  • No. E2i is a structured discovery and partnership enablement platform—focused on fit, trust, and execution.

  • Do we need to use E2i Partners’ Performance Advisory services to be on the E2i Platform?

  • Yes—Founding Cohort pricing is reduced and eligible for grandfathering per the listing agreement.

  • No. Showcasing your programs on the E2i Platform does not require participation in our Performance Advisory services. The platform stands on its own as a discovery and connection tool for employer-aligned learning.

Performance Advisory is optional and available to institutions that want additional support strengthening alignment, partnership readiness, or measurable outcomes—only when it adds value to your goals.

  • Start with programs that are employer-aligned and designed for adult learners, with flexible delivery models such as online, hybrid, accelerated, cohort-based, or work-based formats. These offerings tend to have clear workforce relevance, reliable delivery, and the ability to adapt or scale in partnership with employers. Programs can be added or refined over time as demand, partnerships, or successful co-created pilots scale.

Where the E2i Platform Fits — and Why It Matters

A shared operating model that supports discovery, alignment, and execution

More than a platform. A system for execution.

The E2i Platform is not a standalone marketplace—it is the connective infrastructure within a broader ecosystem designed to turn collaboration into performance.

At its core, E2i brings together employers, schools and learning organizations, and certified Impact Architects inside a shared operating model—one that makes it easier to move from intent to execution.

Through the Platform, learning organizations don’t just showcase programs. They gain visibility into real employer priorities, participate in aligned projects, and co-create solutions that can scale—supported by E2i’s partnership frameworks and performance advisory.

This is what we mean by transformative collaboration:
not networking, not transactions—but a repeatable way to align capability, talent, and outcomes across sectors.

A vehicle for performance—not just connection
E2i is built to ensure learning partnerships deliver measurable value. That’s why the Platform is guided by:

  • E2i Impact Architects, who support alignment, scoping, and readiness

  • The E2i Partnership Activator, enabling co-creation between employers and learning organizations

  • E2i Performance Advisory, connecting learning initiatives to business and workforce outcomes

Together, these elements transform the Platform into a vehicle for execution, not just discovery.

* And Flexible by Design

Participation in the E2i Platform does not require engagement across all E2i solutions.

Schools and learning organizations may choose to:

  • Showcase programs for visibility and discovery

  • Engage Guided Pathways when partnership structure is needed

  • Apply E2i Services when additional support adds value

Each component is designed to stand alone — and work better together when appropriate.

Our Big Picture.

E2i is where education and industry don’t just meet—they build, execute, and perform together.

Participation on the E2i Platform does not require contracting for additional E2i services—schools and learning organizations may engage solely through the Platform, and opt into other support only if and when it adds value.
